Christine is an experienced Consultant and Practice Leader responsible for the development and delivery of all aspects of OAC’s investment complaint and business review casework.

She has a comprehensive portfolio. In addition to large and small business review loss assessment projects, Christine has completed, and audited, all aspects of investment complaint processing, including investigations, compliance assessment and reporting, redress calculation and settlement.

Christine possesses an in-depth knowledge of the Personal Pension, FSAVC and Pension Switching reviews, Endowment policy review and SERPS complaint issues.

Outside of work, Christine loves food, friends and fresh air.
