Karen is an experienced Consultant who manages and delivers all aspects of investment, pension complaint and business review casework. Her familiarity with the administration of financial products means that Karen is adept at understanding the challenges faced by OAC clients.

In addition to business review loss assessments, work has included the whole investment complaint process from the initial complaint acknowledgement through to the investigation, compliance assessment, compliance reporting, redress calculation and settlement.

Karen’s in-depth knowledge extends to the Personal Pension, FSAVC and Pension Switching reviews and SERPS complaint issues.

Outside of work, Karen interests include playing the flugelhorn in a brass band, reading, knitting and plenty of dog walking.
