Kath joined OAC in 2022 and is a qualified actuary with over 10 years’ experience in the life industry. Kath specialises in actuarial model development and control and loves finding efficient and practical solutions to complex problems.

Prior to joining OAC Kath gained experience across a range of actuarial areas in the life assurance industry at HSBC. She has managed a number of large-scale actuarial modelling projects, including the migration of models between software platforms, and the creation of a suite of new models for an overseas subsidiary.

Outside of work, Kath likes to spend time with her two children, who are now too old to justify her ongoing enjoyment of Lego. She also enjoys gardening and cryptic crosswords.
