Richard is a Microsoft Certified IT Professional with over 20 years of industry experience in private and public sectors, from healthcare to financial services.  At OAC, he is responsible for the development and security of the firm's IT infrastructure, ensuring staff are equipped with the most suitable tools to fulfil their roles within a controlled, productive and secure environment. This also extends to specific software solutions provided to clients.

A graduate from Manchester University's computing school, he has worked in varied roles and built up a broad range of technical skills from the early days of Novell and Microsoft networks, through SAN's and VMWare to the latest cloud technology.

Outside of work, Richard can often be found at the North Wales Tennis Centre or watching Manchester United (mostly from the comfort of the sofa).
