Subbu joined OAC in 2015 and has since qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries.

Subbu is an enthusiastic member of the actuarial team and her core expertise is in financial reporting, with extensive experience of regulatory valuations including Solvency II reporting, along with Market Consistent Embedded Value and Value of New Business calculations. She also has extensive knowledge of carrying out experience analysis and using these to set pricing and valuation bases. Subbu also worked in actuarial system migration and testing projects.

As well as projects in the life insurance sector, she has worked on projects in both the general insurance and funeral sector.
