Tom is an experienced actuary who joined OAC in February 2022.

In the 16 years prior to joining OAC, Tom worked at Mercer, a global benefits consultancy. He assisted Trustees of defined benefit pension schemes in a wide array of actuarial and scheme management matters. His experience also includes providing valuations and reports, under various accounting standards, to corporate sponsors of defined benefit schemes.

Outside of work Tom enjoys running and cycling in the Surrey hills.
