Before joining OAC, Frances had 30 years of operational and business management experience in the City for international investment banks and structured finance companies.

Outside of work, Frances is an avid reader, enjoys keeping fit by walking the family Dachshund/Jack Russell-cross, yoga, entertaining family and friends, eating out and visiting new places. She recently re-kindled her love of skiing with a trip to Austria. Above all, Frances enjoys peace and tranquillity.
