Roger is a qualified actuary with over 40 years’ experience gained in pensions and life assurance with actuarial consultancies and life offices.

He is system and project orientated, with the ability to communicate complex issues to non-actuarial personnel and clients. Roger is a self-starter who can work effectively alone or as part of a team.

For the past 24 years at OAC, Roger has provided and supported the provision of advice to insurance companies, regulatory bodies, pension scheme trustees and employers, independent financial advisers, solicitors and their clients.

Roger has also provided Skilled Person’s Reports under Section 166 of Financial Services and Markets Act 2000.

Outside of work, Roger sings with a choral society and enjoys outdoor pursuits, principally gardening and walking.
