Sally spent the first ten years of her career as a Pensions Actuary advising mainly city-based financial institutions on their employee benefits offerings and helping trustees run their pension schemes. Following a move to rural Somerset to start a family she retrained and acquired financial advisor, accountancy and tax qualifications. She spent a number of years working as a Tax Advisor to local businesses before moving to OAC to run the finance department.

Outside of work, Sally finds balance in yoga and playing for the local tennis club and spends as much time as possible trying to tame a somewhat unruly garden.
